*If you are a New Consultant with a start date of June 16, 2023 – July 12, 2023, you are eligible to register for the 2023 National Convention for $199. Please see below for instructions on how to register after this date.

Consultants, Managers and Above:
$149 - 1st 500 to Register
$199 – Anyone who registers after the 1st 500
*If you begin the registration process as one of the first 500 attendees, please be sure to complete your registration (you will receive a confirmation email). If you do not complete your registration, and return at a later time, you may forfeit the discounted price if you are no longer within the first 500 to register.

Guests:
$199 – all registered guests regardless of registration date

$350 – Consultants, Managers and Above
$450 – Guests

A Guest must be 18 years or older and may not be a JAFRA Consultant unless the Guest is a spouse or significant other to the Leader/Consultant.

The registration fee includes the following for all Leaders, Consultants and Guests:
- All general sessions
- All breakout sessions
- Meeting amenities and training materials

Step 3 Fill out all the required fields and create your password. (creating a password allows you to modify or log back in to view content)
Step 4 Agree to the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the cancelation policy and hit "Continue".
Step 5 If bringing a guest, click on "Add Another Person" and fill out the required fields for the guest. (One guest per Consultant)
Step 6 When finished adding your guest and or your personal information, click the “Continue” button
Step 7 Review your Registrant Details, enter in your payment details and click the “Make Payment” button. (If you entered a guest, you will be asked to pay for their registration fee)
Step 8 An email will be sent confirming your registration(s) including a link to “Modify Your Registration”. You may also access the "Event Homepage" from this email.

IMPORTANT: You must register via jafraevents.com/convention. Registrations will not be taken via phone.

No, you can register your guest at any time after you register yourself, until the registration cut-off date of 6/15/23. If you have not yet registered yourself, you cannot input your guest’s information. If you have already registered yourself and you would like to add a guest, do the following:

Step 2 Click on "Modify Registration" button
Step 3 Enter your email address and the password you created during the registration process and click on “Modify Registration”
Step 4 Registrant Details will display, click on “Add Another Person”
Step 5 Fill out all the required fields

No. Registrations are non-transferable.

Yes, you may use your JAFRA Debit MasterCard to pay for your registration.

No. You must pay for your registration with a valid debit or credit card at the time of registration.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during the registration process.

The deadline to cancel your National Convention registration and receive a refund is June 22, 2023. If cancellation is made after this date, no refunds will be given. You may cancel/modify your National Convention registration on the National Convention website at: jafraevents.com/convention

If you are unable to attend the JAFRA National Convention and would like to receive a full refund, you must cancel NO LATER THAN Thursday, June 22, 2023. Please note, if you have registered a guest they will also be canceled and refunded. To cancel, do the following OR you may email jafraevents@museem.com and request to cancel your registration.

Step 1 Go to jafraevents.com/convention
Step 2 Click on "Modify Registration"
Step 3 Log in with your email and password created during registration
Step 4 Registrant Details will display; if you have a guest you must cancel their registration first. Click on the trashcan icon to the right of the page and hit “Yes, Delete”
Step 5 You will be redirected back to your registration confirmation page, click "Modify Registration".
Step 6 Under Registrant details, click on the X to the right of the page. Click “Yes” to confirm your cancellation request.
Click 'Continue' to finalize the cancellation.
Step 7 Once cancelled, we will be notified to process your refund.
Step 8 An email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed and the funds will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days.

No. A guest may not attend the event without a Consultant/Leader.

If a cancellation occurs after the published cancellation date, due to a medical emergency, and is supported by official medical documentation, JAFRA may consider refunding your Registration Fee. You must submit your request, in writing, along with attached medical documentation to: Customer Relations Department at jafracares@jafra.com by August 15, 2023 to be considered. Please label the subject line of your email: "2023 National Convention Cancellation Consideration". Requests made after August 15, 2023 will not be considered. No phone requests will be accepted. JAFRA will provide a decision via follow-up email to all submissions by August 31, 2023.

A refund will appear on your account within 5-10 business days after it has been processed. Please be advised that it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit/debit account.

Credit cards only. No cash or checks will be accepted

No, all items purchased at the Pop-Up Shop need to be taken with you. There will be no options of having your order shipped. Please note, there is a FedEx facility at the hotel's business center if you would like to ship your items

No. Amenities must be picked up by the attendee only. They cannot be picked up on behalf of anyone else.

No, amenities will not be sent to anyone who registered and did not attend. Nor can another Leader/Consultant take home amenities for a Leader/Consultant who is a no-show.

No. Amenities are not available to those Leaders/Consultants unable to attend nor are they available for purchase.

Yes, the Leader/Consultant is responsible for reserving and paying for personal travel arrangements to and from the National Convention (i.e., airfare, transportation, and hotel).

If you choose to call, please reference the code JNC or 2023 JAFRA National Convention to take advantage of our special negotiated rates. (Rates are extended 3 days before and 3 days after official event dates, based on hotel’s availability)

Yes. The special JAFRA rate for attendees is below. These rates are available 3 days prior and 3 days post National Convention (based on availability):

Single/Double Occupancy - $199 / night + 12.5% tax = $223.88 / night
Triple Occupancy - $219 / night + 12.5% tax = $246.38 / night
Quadruple Occupancy - $239 / night + 12.5% tax = $268.88 / night

There is also a $25 / night + 12.5% tax ($28.13) resort fee that will be added to you bill which includes the following:
- Guestroom high-speed wireless internet access
- Shuttle transportation to/from the Disney World Theme Parks

- Ten percent (10%) discount off Food & Beverage at the resort, excluding room service

Yes, a valid credit card is required to book a room. The first night’s deposit will be charged to the credit card number provided at the time of booking.

A credit card will be requested at check-in. A hold, equivalent to one night’s room + tax, will be placed on your credit or debit card.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel’s registration desk to check in.

The last day to book your hotel accommodations and take advantage of JAFRA’s special rate is Monday, June 19, 2023. After this date, rooms are subject to availability at the prevailing rate.

You may cancel your reservation with the hotel five (5) days in advance of your arrival for a full refund.

Yes. JAFRA does not pay gratuities for any services at National Convention. You will be responsible for paying gratuities on any services you request, such as restaurants, taxis, shuttles, porterage fees, housekeeping, etc.

You can pre-arrange for a shuttle, take a taxi, rent a car or schedule a pick-up with a ride share company (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc).

We suggest staying at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace so you may easily walk to and from National Convention as well as are able to take advantage of JAFRA’s special room rate. Please see the hotel section at jafraevents.com/convention for details.

Yes. If you choose to drive to the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, self-parking is $25+tax / night. Valet is $35+tax / night.

No, you must also cancel your hotel room nights by contacting the hotel directly.

There are multiple eateries at the hotel that you may dine at. You may also walk across the pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs to enjoy a bite to eat.

Yes, you may participate Thursday, Friday or Saturday. However, the Registration Fee will remain the same. There is no day-by-day rate.
